I love PACT for all the reasons there are to love a company. I’ve been buying their clothing since they only sold socks and underwear so many years ago and I can honestly say the integrity of the product and the above-and-beyond of their customer service has been exceptionally consistent since day one!

I tell everyone I know about PACT because not only does the company prioritize all.the.things sustainability plus have the highest standards for labor, materials, supply chain, and customer experience, their clothes are comfy, soft, and last because of the high quality!

I was so happy with the quality of fabric of the clothing. It is soft, thick and sturdy. Difficult to find these days. Although one of my items did not fit due to an off-size, and it was a final sale item that could not be returned, I was still given a refund. I am so impressed by the customer service that I am now a loyal customer indeed.

I called Pact's customer service with a concern about a product. Not only did I receive excellent customer service, but she validated my concern and worked to fix the problem in the same day. Not only are their products good for the environment and Fair Trade Certified, but their customer service is AH-MAZING!

I have been buying from Pact for over a year now. Everything I have ordered has been fantastic. High quality organic cotton. I have had to return items in the past because of fit or sizing, and it was no problem at all. Prompt refund, no games. I highly recommend this company.
